Jacket Required was launched last year by organisers Mark Batista, Andrew Parfitt and Craig Ford. The show has gone from strength to strength: initially featuring 38 brands, this year’s event has nearly tripled in growth to showcase nearly 100 brands in 22,000 sq feet of industrial space.

With our 150 Series and 200 Series wristwatches being featured in the shop for the OMA/ Progress Exhibition at the Barbican London, I thought I would better go down to the exhibition to check it out in person. Curated by Rotor, the exhibition is unlike any similar collections of it type and reflects the inner thinking of OMA.

We have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new Series’ catalogues for 2012, so when we heard they were being printed we travelled up to our printers Taylor Bloxham in Leicester to see the printing in action on the massive high-definition printer, B1 Heidelberg XL 6 Colour Press.
