Our Service Centre aims to provide a comprehensive and efficient post sales service for the maintenance and repair of all current and future Uniform Wares timepieces. The London based Service Centre accepts timepieces that were purchased either from the Uniform Wares web store or any authorised Uniform Wares retailers and houses a highly trained, dedicated team of engineers that are capable of all types of repair and maintenance.
Wristwatches can be booked in for work to be carried out whether in or out of warranty (subject to charge) for repair services from cosmetic damage such as bezel or case replacement, accidental damage such as replacement of sapphire crystal lenses to highly technical work such as full movement repairs.
The Service Centre also offers a full professional Maintenance Service. When your Uniform Wares timepiece requires a battery replacement, our engineers will dismantle and clean the timepiece, inspect and replace any worn gaskets and seals, replace the cell and perform accuracy testing and a full ATM control. The Maintenance Service can be carried out along side any other other repairs required.
Booking your timepiece into the Service Centre is straightforward using our step by step online booking system. After registering an account with us you will be asked a few brief questions about your timepiece before selecting the work to be carried out and making payment if required. Full instructions for returning your timepiece are then included with your Service Centre booking confirmation and receipt.
All Repairs are generally carried out within two to three weeks from receipt of your timepiece and items are returned quickly and securely using FedEx UK or FedEx Express to your designated return address.
