Competition terms and conditions

  1. We, Uniform Wares, are the promoter of this competition.
  2. The competition is open to persons aged 18 years and over.  Employees of Uniform Wares, their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the company or the judging of the competition are exempt.
  3. Purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. The closing date for the competition will be 30th June 23:59 GMT.  After this time, no further entries will be considered.
  6. We accept no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:  Purchase any watch from www.uniformwares.com and use the promo code UFC at the checkout.
  8. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
  9. We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by a third party connected with this competition.
  10. The prize is as follows: 2 tickets to see Leon Edwards fight (location of the fight has yet to be revealed and subject to change).  Flights and hotel will be provided.  No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  11. A winner will be chosen at random from any valid purchase.
  12. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date via the social platform they have entered through.  If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of the notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  15. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
